My Approach to Supervision

Becoming a counselor is as much about who you are as it is about what you know. My goal as a supervisor is to create a safe, encouraging space where you feel seen, supported, and challenged in the right ways.

• Limited caseload: I intentionally limit the number of supervisees I accept, so each person receives the time, energy, and thoughtfulness they deserve.
