Supervision that Encourages Insight, Competence, & Authentic Growth
Culturally-Informed • Compassionate • Growth-Focused
My Approach to Supervision
Becoming a skilled counselor isn't just about mastering techniques - it's about discovering who you are as a clinician and as a person. My role as a supervisor is to create a warm, grounded, and collaborative environment where you can grow in confidence, deepen your self-awareness, and develop clinical mastery in the field of counseling.
Supervision with me is about:
- Developing your own therapeutic style that aligns with your values and strengths.
- Learning to navigate complex cases with both confidence and compassion.
- Building a sustainable practice that reflects your authentic self and boundaries.
- Honoring the connection between personal and professional growth.
I approach supervision as a partnership—one where we celebrate successes, learn from challenges, and stay curious together. My supervision style integrates reflection, feedback, and supportive challenge so you can grow at a steady, authentic pace.
What You Can Expect
- Trauma-informed, evidence-based guidance rooted in empathy and ethics.
- Reflective discussion of client work, boundaries, and self-care to prevent burnout.
- Encouragement and accountability as you move toward independent licensure.
- Practical insights for clinicians interested in private practice development.
- Safe, nonjudgmental exploration of your identity and confidence as a counselor.
How We’ll Work Together
- Telesupervision available across Georgia—flexible, secure, and convenient.
- Individual & Group Options: One-on-one (or dyadic) sessions for deeper focus; group sessions for shared learning and connection.
- Intentional Caseload: I limit the number of supervisees I accept so that each receives the time, attention, and care they deserve.
Who Thrives in My Supervision
You'll feel at home in my supervision if you:
- are an APC in Georgia working toward LPC licensure (or APC in-progress).
- Value collaborative relationships built on honesty and support.
- Are eager to deepen your work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, or relationship issues.
- Appreciate constructive feedback delivered with warmth and encouragement.
View supervision as more than a requirement—a space for growth, reflection, and professional identity development.
Investment in Your Growth
- Individual (one-on-one or dyadic): $150
- Group (3-4, no more than 6): $125
- Professional Consultation: $150
Supervision is both a professional and personal investment. My fees reflect the time, presence, and clinical insight I offer to each supervisee. We can discuss individual and group options openly to find what best fits your goals and budget.
