I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years in multiple agency settings and provided supervision since 2015. My specialties include working with individuals with anxiety disorders, OCD, substance use disorders, and women's issues. My theoretical lens for counseling combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness techniques. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention and Hypno-counting.
