Hi! I am a new supervisor with a deep commitment to the growth and development of emerging mental health professionals. My clinical background spans residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), crisis intervention, community work and traditional outpatient settings, allowing me to bring a well-rounded and deeply informed perspective to both counseling and supervision. I like to foster a collaborative, strengths-based supervision environment that fosters clinical skill-building, cultural competence, and ethical decision-making. I also believe in the importance of self-care and self-compassion to avoid burn out.
