Expertise/Specialties : My areas of specialty include working with adolescents, families, and individuals who struggle with Reactive Attachment Disorder, oppositional behavior, anxiety, depression, AD/HD, PTSD, anger management, addictive behaviors, and challenges in multiple types of relationship dynamics. I was an adolescent and family therapist at a residential treatment home for 4 years working alongside children and their families to help improve relational dynamics. I was a responder for the Veterans and Military Crisis Line assisting Veterans and their families in crisis for 2 years. I was also the program director of a dual diagnosis rehabilitation program working for 5 years with individuals struggling with addictive behaviors and severe and persistent mental illness.


I enjoy working with adults of all ages, youth, and children. My goal is to meet everyone wherever they may be in their life's journey—to help them overcome emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual strongholds to live an unrestrained life to its fullest.

About Me: : I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, Clinical Director, and founder of Tree of Life Counseling. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 2003 and a Master’s degree in Health Science/Rehabilitative Counseling in 2007 from the University of Florida. I have the privilege of partnering with individuals on their life's journey at Tree of Life counseling which I founded in 2020.

Tree of Life Counseling is a highly therapeutic establishment located in the Hamilton Mill area of Dacula Georgia where individuals can overcome challenges, discover their strengths, grow in character, heal from hurts, restore family relationships, develop spiritually, and learn to take hold of their lives to live abundantly.

Requirements to Work With Me : Associate Professional Counselor Applicants who have met the educational requirements and have registered with the State Licensing Board an acceptable contract for obtaining post-master’s experience under direct supervision; valid for 5 years. All supervisees will be required to sign a supervision contract. There must be a commitment to bi-monthly supervision, completing supervision log, completing assignments, journaling, and openness to feedback and growth.
