I have also successfully led groups on the topics of mindful self-compassion, grief, women’s issues, and intuitive eating. I am trained in somatic therapy, mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment, mindfulness-based interventions and a variety of person-centered modalities, but I also utilize solution-focused and other eclectic counseling techniques as well as KAP.
