Description

This 6-hour core workshop will cover context and perceptions of what it means to help, the benefits of helping and understanding when or how it may be counter-productive to help. This workshop will also assist therapists to help clients raise awareness about the nature of people pleasing and how it may be serving or un-serving for their well-being.
