Description
GMN TALKS (Teaching, Awareness, Learning, Knowledge & Scholarship) is a quarterly educational series designed to cater to individuals seeking to broaden their understanding of Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer's Disease, and other forms of dementia. Join us in this session for an overview of palliative and hospice care in the context of dementia. Alice Cooper-Saulsberry, LCSW, will present on the differences between palliative and hospice care, the benefits of these care models for individuals with dementia, and strategies for approaching conversations with patients and caregivers about these options. It is free to attend, but registration is required!
