Description

During this workshop, participants will learn how the brain processes creativity to allow for calming and increased cognitive function for clients. Using informative Power Point presentations, lively interactive discussions, creative arts activities, and equine assisted learning activities, participants will examine how the various arts can help clients with such issues as anger, frustration, trauma, anxiety and more. Finally, participants will learn to recognize the value of the creative arts as tools for self-care. This workshop is approved for 5 CORE hours.
