Sex After I Do explores how psychological, relational, and cultural factors affect desire and connection after commitment. Through instruction, case examples, and group discussion, participants will examine intimacy challenges like mismatched libidos, communication barriers, identity shifts, and cultural expectations. The workshop helps practitioners identify and challenge myths about sex in committed relationships and offers practical tools and evidence-based strategies.
