Rhythms of Attachment
Rhythms of Attachment
Friday, August 29, 2025 (9:00 AM - 4:30 PM) (EDT)
Description
We were made for relationships. Neuroscience and Psychology agree that humans thrive best when connected to others. Attachment styles inform the way that we interact with people and the challenges we may face in relationships. In this workshop, we will take a closer look at attachment through the lens of a rhythm or moving pattern, rather than static occurrence. We will look at 5 requirements of a healthy attachment figure and discuss 3 types of relationships as possible pathways for client resiliency, including connection to a Transcendent One. Even as there is growing empirical evidence to support the use of God language as a therapeutic tool.
