THREE (3) CORE CONTINUING EDUCATION HOURS AND LUNCH PROVIDED

This training provides a foundational understanding of Inner Child Therapy, exploring how past experiences and emotional wounds shape our present thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Participants will learn to identify and connect with their inner child, recognizing patterns rooted in early life experiences that may still influence their well-being.

Through a combination of theory, experiential exercises, and guided self-reflection, this training will introduce key therapeutic approaches to inner child work, including reparenting techniques, emotional healing practices, and ways to cultivate self-compassion. Emphasis will be placed on creating a safe and supportive space for personal exploration and professional application. No experience in inner child work is required—only an open mind and a willingness to explore personal growth and transformation.
