During the morning session, attendees will learn the step-by-step procedures for becoming a mental health evaluator for the Probate Court in Georgia. Probate Judge Marc D’Antonio will guide participants through the entire process from start to finish, including all required paperwork. By the end of the morning session, participants will have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the full application and evaluation process.

During the afternoon session, attendees will shift their focus to ethics. They will learn about the 10 most common ethical violations, review the ACA Code of Ethics, explore ethical decision-making models, and engage in discussion and analysis of various ethical dilemmas.
