Holding Space and Navigating Burnout

Description

This course will address common causes of burnout, compassion fatigue and emotional detachment. Attendees will learn to identify warning signs and explore strategies for reducing & preventing burnout as well as coping skills to effectively manage symptoms. Participants will learn about the stages of burnout and how to apply interventions at different stages. This course is designed for individuals in the helping professions.
