Participants will learn to recognize the unique cultural experiences shaped by chronic racism and systemic oppression, fostering a more supportive therapeutic environment. Attendees will gain practical skills in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to enhance emotional security and empathy, thereby reducing marital dissatisfaction. The workshop will address barriers to intimacy, such as mistrust and emotional dysregulation, while also helping participants identify attachment styles shaped by historical contexts.
