Description

This workshop will cover the documentation required in the supervisory process such as application, contract, evaluations, and session notes. Discussion regarding the responsibility for documentation of both the supervisor and supervisee. Participants will leave with a better understanding of record keeping and storage of the documentation. The major models of supervision will be discussed as well as best fit based on supervisor’s plan and facilitation for their own supervisory process. This workshop is approved for 6 SUPERVISION hours.
