Creating Your Individual Plan for Supervision

This workshop strives to pull together all the courses taken for CPCS certification and provides the guidelines for creating an individual supervision plan for the supervisor. It includes possible processes and policies needed in their plan. An outline will be provided for attendees to complete in creating their plan and will include several documents gathered and created by the presenter for them to use in the course of doing supervision.
