Description
This proposed workshop will aim to signicantly broaden the knowledge of clinicians at a wide range of experience levels on topics related to assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of cluster B personality disorders. The workshop is divided into 3 sections: 1) Introduction and historical factors and perspectives; 2) Review of research literature examining factorial structure and detailed characterization of cluster B disorders, clinical models and interventions and helpful assessments/diagnostic procedures; 3) Case Presentations and Analysis with small group breakout. The first two sections are presented in a lecture format and last approximately 3 hours; the final section is interactive and is about 90-100 minutes in duration, leaving about 25 minutes final Q&A.
