This professional development workshop, titled 'Advanced Healing Ground,' integrates advanced somatic practices with empirical psychological frameworks to enhance therapeutic outcomes. This course rigorously examines the intersection of embodiment and mental health, emphasizing the release of trauma and chronic stress patterns from the body. By incorporating the latest techniques and research in somatic psychotherapy, the workshop offers a pathway to restore resiliency, safety, and grounding within the body and mind and to release wound patterning or defensive structuring caused by relational and/or culturally systemic imprints. The workshop aims to cultivate the development of a stable psychological state that supports a deep connection back to the Self that exists beyond psychological disturbances such as anxiety, and pervasive negative thought patterns. ***To participate, individuals must complete Intro to Healing Ground prior to the workshop start date. This workshop is a 2 day workshop and is approved for 13 CORE hours.
