Simplify your budget with our straightforward pricing model. Your rent includes:

Essential Utilities: Water, High-Speed Wi-Fi and Trash Pickup.

Building Services: Professional pest control and exterior/interior security cameras.

Flexible Scheduling: The rental fee is incremental, offering affordable options based on the number of days you utilize the space.

Special Rate Inquiry: Ask about our competitive rates for evening-only hours (6:00 PM and later).

Your Responsibility

Shared Electricity: Power costs are split evenly between tenants of the three offices. Part-time tenants benefit from a further reduced, prorated share.

Security Deposit: the price of first month’s rent for full-timers. Inquire more for part-time.

Office Supplies: Trash bags, tissue boxes, pens, etc. Printer, shredder and computer not included. 

Cleanliness: Your office is your private space to keep clean. Tidying up and restocking communal spaces is expected, but deep cleaning is provided for you. Vacuum, Clorox wipes, Swiffer mop and broom available if needed. 

Your Dedicated Office Space

This particular office is designed to create a serene environment:

Abundant Natural Light: Enjoy the most natural light of all the offices in the building, enhancing the room's warm and inviting atmosphere.

Secure Storage: You will have a large private closet and a lockable filing cabinet for secure client record storage.

Comfort & Supplies: The office includes starting essential office supplies and features excellent building temperature regulation for client comfort.

Non-Smoking: No smoking on the premises. You can do that in the parking lots.

Privacy: Office doesn't share a wall with other offices and shares a wall with a bathroom. Sound machine is provided. NOTE: Windows aren't sound proofed yet.

Accessibility: Easy access with both a ramp and stairs leading into the building. Bathrooms are also accessible. Baby changing table available in the bathroom. 

Warm Welcome: A large, naturally lit lobby space provides a professional and comfortable waiting area. Coffee and tea station is available for staff and clients. 

Convenience: Access to a full kitchen for breaks and lunch preparation

Ground Floor Access: All offices and common areas (except the conference room) are conveniently located on the ground floor.

Bonus Opportunity: Interested in expanding your practice? A dedicated conference room is available for rent on evenings and weekends, perfect for hosting group therapy or professional trainings.

Optional: If you want to provide animal-assisted therapy, it is an extra $100/month
