Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in therapy, and crisis management, with a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work in an office setting, providing diagnostic evaluations, crisis intervention, addiction counseling, and direct support to patients in an outpatient environment. This is an In-Office position and you will be required to come into the office 20 hours a week. We offer clinical supervision as well.

Duties

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs and document interactions.

- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing emotional distress

- Offer addiction counseling and support to patients struggling with substance abuse

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address patients' mental health concerns

- Independently execute tasks and projects.

- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.

- Work efficiently with minimal supervision.

- Adapt to changing priorities.

Skills

- Strong background in therapy techniques and modalities

- Experience in crisis management and intervention

- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and practices

- Ability to provide direct support and guidance to individuals in need

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work autonomously.

- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

- Certification or licensure in therapy or social work is required a Master's Degree is preferred, and a Bachelor's Degree is accepted.
