Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our growing team as 1099 independent contractors. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide therapy in-office and/or via telehealth to clients across Central Georgia. We service children, adolescents, and adults.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, values client-centered care, and is eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatric providers and other mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients based on clinical need.

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.

* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and company standards.

* Collaborate with medication management providers and referral partners to ensure continuity of care.

* Participate in case consultations and maintain ethical and professional standards of practice.

Qualifications

* Must hold an active Georgia license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (fully licensed, not associate level).

* Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.

* Must have experience treating children, adolescents, and adults

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable working independently while maintaining collaboration with a larger care team.

* Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
