SALT Professional Counseling (SALT PC) is a group practice that allows therapists to work semi-independently. SALT PC allows the therapist to set their price rate and enable the therapist to receive full compensation for the service they provide. The therapist will also receive their compensation daily. Therapists can set their office hours and decide how many hours they choose to work per week. 

Therapists will be primarily responsible for building their client caseload, although assistance will be provided. SALT PC is a virtual group practice. Therapists will pay a small monthly emolument fee to SALT PC.
