Although we treat a variety of disorders, trauma recovery is at the heart of our practice while healing individuals and families through different approaches in order to elevate and empower clients to be come the best version of themselves. 

 Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role as a Primary Therapist at The Well Therapies, Inc. located in Gainesville, GA. As a Primary Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of clients.

 Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Fully Licensed as a therapist in the state of Georgia
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy sessions
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
• Previous experience working with diverse populations
• Previous experience and passion with children and adolescents is preferrable

Salary Range

$55,000 - $85,000 / year
