Tameika & Co. Therapy is hiring a part-time contract therapist to join our team! We’re a growing modern group therapy practice dedicated to empowering women & teen girls in cultivating self-esteem as they navigate life's challenges, transitions, and mental health journeys. Common presenting issues amongst clients we serve: depression, anxiety, difficult break-ups, stress due to “adulting”, overbearing parents, unhealthy boundaries, feeling stuck and unmotivated, self-defeating negative thoughts, poor self-care, unhealthy comparisons and expectations, difficulty navigating adult friendships, romantic relationships, and the dating culture, grief, and poor work-life balance. 

I am eager to have transitioned my successful solo proactive into a growing group practice, building a team of therapists who share an interest in helping women & teen girls increase self-esteem and improve their mental and emotional health. The ideal therapist to join Tameika & Co. Therapy will be highly motivated, passionate about mental health, creative & innovative, possess good clinical skills, and can work independently. 

**I am seeking a therapist primarily interested in working with teen girls and women who are seeking in person therapy sessions. ** 

Job Detail: Contract Therapist

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: Set your own schedule (evening and Saturday availability a plus). 

Virtual/In-person: Hybrid - Primarily virtual with at least one day in-person. 

Hours/sessions per week 10 -15 hrs

Contract length: 1 year commitment with potential to renew. 

Contract Therapist Must carry Mal-practice insurance.

Competitive Compensation 

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years post graduation (preferred) 

Education: Master’s level degree (Required)

License: Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia - LAPC or fully licensed LPC. 

Responsibilities:

The therapist will be responsible for completing the biopsychosocial assessment, diagnosing and treatment planning, ongoing individual therapy with clients, and the completion of clinical progress notes for all sessions. The therapist will participate in virtual bi-monthly or monthly clinical supervision (LAPC’s).

• Microsoft Word
• Google - email and calendar
• Zoom 
• Simple Practice - will be trained.

• Smartphone
• Laptop or Computer 
• Private in-home office
