Licensed Psychotherapist or Associate Licensed Psychotherapist – Awaken Counseling, LLC

With our support, you'll receive training, assistance in building your caseload, marketing and referrals, administrative support, consultation, access to a beautiful office space, insurance billing, and electronic health record access. We offer a flexible schedule and a collaborative team environment where we work together to support our clients and one another.

Pay: $68-99 per hour ($85,000 - $120,000 - depending on licensure and number of clients per week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans
• Execute treatment plans and consistently review and adapt them as necessary
• Adhere to company policies by maintaining comprehensive, ongoing documentation, which includes further diagnoses, treatment plan evaluations, and detailed case notes
• For part-time clinicians, manage a caseload with a minimum of 15 clients per week, while full-time clinicians must maintain a minimum of 25 client visits per week
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that clients' needs are effectively addressed
• Collaborate with an exceptional team to advance our mission of delivering exceptional care to our clients
• Utilize interventions to assist clients in surpassing their therapeutic objectives
• Submit individual documentation for each session in accordance with company guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist OR Associate Licensed (LAPC or LMSW)
• Good standing with the GA Composite Board
• Motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Committed to professional growth and development
