The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team and help us continue our mission of supporting individuals, couples, and families on their mental health journey.

Your Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll bring current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, and at least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience. We're looking for someone with a genuine commitment to client-centered care, strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and current professional liability insurance.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our team, you'll provide individual, couple, and group therapy sessions while maintaining a supportive caseload of 25-30 clients per week. You'll develop personalized treatment plans that honor each client's unique journey and participate in collaborative clinical team meetings. Your responsibilities will include ensuring thorough and timely documentation, coordinating care with referral sources, and conducting assessments for Substance Use, Anger Management, Domestic Violence, and Parenting. You'll uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality while staying current with continuing education and emerging therapeutic practices.

Schedule and Commitment

There are full-time and part-time contract positions available all, with some evening hours to accommodate client needs. We offer a hybrid work model with in-person work in Lawrenceville and remote options available.
