The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented and empathetic Licensed/Associate Professional Counselor to join our team and help us continue our mission of supporting individuals, couples, and families on their mental health journey.

Your Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience

• A genuine commitment to client-centered care

• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Current professional liability insurance

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our team, you'll:

• Provide individual, couple, and group therapy sessions

• Maintain a supportive caseload of 25-30 clients per week

• Develop personalized treatment plans that honor each client's unique journey

• Participate in collaborative clinical team meetings

• Ensure thorough and timely documentation

• Coordinate care with referral sources

• Conduct assessments for Substance Use, Anger Management, Domestic Violence, Parenting

• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality

• Stay current with continuing education and emerging therapeutic practices

Schedule and Commitment

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)

• Some evening hours to accommodate client needs

• Hybrid work model: In-person in Lawrenceville and remote options
