Odyssey Family Counseling Center Corporation, a non-profit agency located in College Park, Ga is currently looking to hire an experienced, fully licensed Full-Time Program Coordinator to manage our Adult Services Programs and its staff. The Program Manager manages and directs the clinical activities and daily operations of comprehensive behavioral health and substance abuse programs. Oversees the program policies regarding participant involvement, requirements, and staff expectations.  Provides clinical supervision. 

The Program Coordinator will also provide appropriate direct services to clients in assigned program(s), including, but not limited to, the following: Behavioral Health Assessments, Service Plan Development, Individual Therapy, Family Therapy (as appropriate), Group and Case Management..

Hours:  Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary will commensurate with experience and licensure level

Required Minimum Qualifications: 

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences. Licensed to provide counseling services in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.). Must have prior supervisory experience and be certified to provide clinical supervision.

Demonstrate expertise and knowledge in mental health and substance abuse treatment and community resources with at least four years of experience providing mental health treatment and substance abuse services.

Knowledge of CareLogic Electronic Health Record System is preferred but not required.

All applicants must pass a satisfactory background check with fingerprinting and a pre-employment drug screen.
