Kids-N-Motion Pediatric Therapy Clinic is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and fun-loving counseling professional to join our extraordinary, multi-disciplinary therapeutic team.

Kids-N-Motion is a pediatric private practice for Occupational, Speech, Play, Floortime™, Counseling, and Social Skill Therapies. Family-centered, play-based treatment is provided by our experienced therapists who are devoted to the growth and health of our children and families. We are a unique practice that intentionally coordinates many of our sessions across disciplines and work alongside one another to promote comprehensive and superior care.

We are looking to add a compassionate, skilled, and fun-loving counseling professional to our team.

Requirements for this position are:

Masters level degree or higher in Psychology, Mental Health, Social Work/Services, or Counseling.

Fully licensed in Georgia.

Professional Experience treating children aged toddler to teen who may have difficulties with social-emotional development, play skills, trauma, family dynamics, and major life transitions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with peers and supervisors.

Ability to work independently and in a group setting.

Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Position responsibilities include:

Assessing the needs of children and families.

Developing treatment plans.

Provide a high level of compassionate care with an integrated therapeutic approach in one-on-one sessions or small groups as needed.

Develop therapeutic relationship with families and schools, as needed, for progress and growth

Consult with caregivers, schools, or other specialists concerning progress or ongoing treatment goals.

Ability to monitor growth and progress and successfully modify treatment goals.

Work with small social groups and facilitate social learning and play skills with peers.

Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other counseling professionals/play therapists.

Hours are flexible, contract-based, and highly competitive compensation: $90 - $110 per hour (depending on experience).
