Back on Track in Fayetteville, GA is excited to announce that we are currently looking for associate-licensed or fully licensed therapists, who are interested in joining our practice on a contractual basis.  We serve children, adolescents, families, and adults.

We’re seeking Therapists that are:

·        Fully licensed and credentialed in Georgia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

·        Associate Professional Counselor license eligible

·        Graduate and Undergraduate Internships are available on a limited basis.

Employment Type

·        Contract and on site at Fayetteville office

Requirements

·        The counselor must be capable of providing both individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.

·        The counselor must pass a background check.

·        The candidate must be able to provide professional references (references from the academic program director is acceptable).

Job Description

·        Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.

·        Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.

·        Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.

·        Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, and treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

·        Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.

·        Involves and advises family members when appropriate.

·        Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.

·        Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.

·        Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.

·        Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

·       Must be available to work peak hours 2-8 PM three days a week
