Clinical Director – The Southern Center for Choice Theory, LLC (SCCT)

📍 Macon, GA | Hybrid | Part-Time-Contract | Leadership Role

The Southern Center for Choice Theory (SCCT) is seeking a compassionate, visionary Clinical Director to lead a trauma-informed, community-centered mental wellness team.

Rooted in Choice Theory and our trademarked Teranga® framework - radical hospitality, belonging, and mutual responsibility - SCCT serves Macon-Bibb and beyond through counseling, training, and community initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising clinicians, therapist assistants, and interns.
• Ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care and documentation compliance.
• Leading reflective supervision and quality assurance processes.
• Supporting partnerships with DFCS, DJJ, and Macon Mental Health Matters.
• Helping expand the Teranga Training Institute.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT.
• Active Georgia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• 5+ years post-licensure experience; 2+ years in leadership.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging.
