Job Title: Associate Clinical Therapist - Associate Professional Counselor (APC) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to the individual needs of each client

- Foster and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with clients

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards

- Engage in continued education and professional development to keep current with the latest in therapeutic practices

- Utilize networks to build and maintain a client base

- Oversee the client experience and retention

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution

- Associate license in the state of Georgia (APC or AMFT) that is active and in good standing

- Currently practicing under the supervision of a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) or American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) approved supervisor

- Minimum 1 year of post-licensed experience - preference for private practice experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently

- Strong ethical decision-making capabilities

- Proficient with computers and EHR softwares

- Preference for candidates with specialization(s) in neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, OCD), chronic illness/pain, nutrition (keto), kids, adolescents, family therapy, or couples therapy
