Philosophy
Communication is the core of the relationship and everything else follows. Trust, respect, objectivity, openness all comes from communication. Resistant behavior, unethical decisions, disrespect and lack of trust are bases for an unprofessional and unhealthy relationship destined to fail. As with any relationship, there has to be a beginning base from which to expand. Most important is the desire to be inquisitive and willing to gain experience through active learning, observations, self-explorations, self-reflections, feedback and continuing education, diverse situations are experienced. “My passion is in helping empower families to change maladaptive thoughts and behaviors in order to prevent negative patterns from continuing from generation to generation”. “My listening skills, genuineness, and skills I’ve learned all attribute to my success. The modification, the smile in others, is my reward.”
