About
My practice as a mental health therapist is informed by my early life experience in both the corporate world (accountant and business manager) and academic world (university faculty: history and religious studies). My passion is helping people overcome the obstacles that keep them from thriving. My approach to mental health is holistic and focuses on integrating body, mind, and spirit. I employ a neurologically and somatically informed IPNB (Inter-Personal Neuro Biology), psychodynamic, and existential approach to address attachment deficits, trauma, anxiety, depression, personality problems, and career challenges and promote healthy relationships. I use a variety of treatments, including neurofeedback, EMDR, psychoanalysis, IFS (Internal Family Systems), polyvagal work, and talk therapy, and I collaborate with clients to design a treatment plan specific to their individual needs. My mission is to help people attain optimal mental, emotional, and spiritual health so they may enjoy an abundant, productive, and meaningful life. Faith-based therapy is available.
