This role will be responsible for the full clinical therapeutic process of their clients: intake,

developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, submitting clinical documentation,

discharging, and providing additional resources and support throughout the therapeutic

relationship. This role will facilitate individual adult therapy sessions and co-facilitate our

weekly anger management group.

Part-Time with Potential to Transition into Full-Time within 6 months: 15-18 Weekly Sessions

Open to: Fully or Associate Licensed Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage & Family Therapists,

or Psychologists

Paid Monthly: 55-70% Split: ALL Income Received via Self-Pay and Insurance for the Month

(Depending on Licensure Status and Experience/Certification Credentials)

Preference Will Be Given to Applicants with Evening & Weekend Availability

Preference Will Be Given to Applicants with Advanced Practitioner Certifications or Anger

Management Facilitation Credentials

Hybrid Position: 75% Virtual, 25% In-Person (1 Weekly In-Office Day for a Minimum of 4

Sessions)

1099 Position with Full Liability Coverage Insurance

Will Be Able to Accept Cigna, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and United

Healthcare Insurances

Monthly “Professional Functionality” Stipend Added to Pay (based on caseload engagement):

For Supervision (if needed), Marketing, and Personal Internet/Phone

1 One-Hour, Monthly Staff Meeting

Yearly Complimentary Training for Potential CEU’s Towards Licensure and Other Certifications

Will Be Partially Responsible for Professional Marketing

Must Be Willing to Attain Anger Management Certification within 90 Days of Hiring
