About

Jacqueline is an Entrepreneur, expert registered mediator with the State of Georgia, Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Professional Counseling Supervisor and volunteered as Vice Chair and Chair of the Governing Board of Kennesaw Charter Science and Math Academy in 2017-2020 respectively.  

  

She is a conflict resolution/management specialist and has been practicing as a registered neutral/mediator with the Supreme Court of Georgia by the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution for over 22 years with both adults and juveniles to resolve issues within and outside of the court systems of the Metro Atlanta Area.  Her experience includes working and mediating in the Juvenile, Magistrate, State and Superior Courts of Georgia.  

  

Jacqueline is also a professional educator and trainer with over 10 years of experience in conducting workshops for professionals approved by such organizations as Licensed Professional Counselors Association (LPCA), Georgia Society for Clinical Social Workers (GSCSW), National 

Association for Social Workers (NASW-GA), Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training Council (GA P.O.S.T.), Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GAODR), Georgia Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (GAMFT), and the State Bar of Georgia.  Relative topics covered include conflict management and resolution, assertiveness, and other psychoeducational topics.  She has also coached undergraduate and graduate students in mediation/conflict management training at Kennesaw State University.  

  

She obtained her graduate degree from Georgia State University’s Master of Science in Professional Counseling program in 2011 and has since been working with individuals, couples, families, and groups as a counseling professional.  She has a passion for helping individuals and families gain the help they need to cope with life’s difficulties and overcome life’s obstacles through the counseling relationship among other avenues. Jacqueline has been trained to use attentive listening and interviewing skills among other various techniques to gain understanding and assist clients in their goals for personal and professional growth and success.  

  

Jacqueline obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Kennesaw State University and has experience working as a case manager with families and children in need of housing and other wrap-around services in the Metro Atlanta Area.  She has worked for and with such agencies as the Center for Family Resources, Taskforce for the Homeless, MUST Ministries, United Way, and more.
