About

I create a safe, non-judgmental environment where trust, openness, and mutual respect can truly take root.

Through collaborative exploration, you’ll gain tools and insights that build self- awareness, clarity, and empowerment, supporting meaningful and lasting change—not just short-term symptom relief. I believe fulfillment comes from nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, and I bring that holistic perspective into every session. I help adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and personal or career growth with an approach that is both compassionate and deeply attuned to your unique needs. My work integrates emotional, cognitive, and relational dimensions of healing. I also have specialized experience in men’s issues, including identity development, emotional expression, relationship patterns, and the pressures often tied to modern masculinity. I empower individuals on transformative journeys—whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, emotional balance, or a deeper connection to your authentic self.

My role is to walk alongside you with steadiness and compassion, offering guidance, insight, and practical tools every step of the way. My therapeutic style is a Person Centered, Eclectic blending of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness Techniques, Spirituality, and Occasional Humor, as well other evidence-based methods. I balance reflective listening with constructive guidance, helping you build insight while developing skills you can use in daily life.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as a business owner, consultant and in ministry. That experience shaped my ability to connect deeply with clients, understand real world pressures, and offer grounded, empathetic support. In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you can ask questions, share openly, and begin charting a path toward growth and healing

My undergraduate degree is in Economic from the University of Georgia, and my master's degree is in Professional Counseling from Loyola University - Chicago
