As an independent contractor, presents as a professional counselor working with clients who seek assistance with life challenges. Building rapport and trust with individuals is an important factor in creating a space where one feels comfortable to share their thoughts or fears.

Utilizes Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy modalities to assist. As a clinician, I do not believe that one theory meets everyone’s need.
