About

With over a decade of experience in mental health and pastoral counseling, I've dedicated my  career to supporting individuals and communities in their journey towards healing and growth.  My work history in psychology, religion, and community organizing provides a holistic approach  to well-being. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor  Supervisor, I offer services that include:

- Private Practice Therapy

- Mental Health Consultation

- Support Group Facilitation

I am a professional counselor, spiritual teacher, and relationship enthusiast. I help people  develop and maintain healthy relationships in many aspects of their lives. I enjoy exploring the  meaning we create out of our experiences and connections with the world around us, our  family/friends, and ourselves.

Throughout my career, I've been honored to contribute to various organizations and initiatives,  including the Global Missions Unit of the United Methodist Church and Piedmont Cancer  Wellness. My work has been recognized in publications and presentations, reflecting my  commitment to impactful and compassionate care.

I bring clarity and appeal to my story, making potential clients feel they have found a safe and  trusted provider for consulting or counseling. My passion lies in empowering others to find  meaning and connection in their lives. My favorite quote is from The Parable of the Sower by  Octavia Butler, "Everything you touch, you change. Everything you change, changes you. The  only lasting truth is change." Things are always changing around us and change is often  overwhelming. The good news is that you don't have to face the change alone.

I'm a dedicated team player, always ready to collaborate and lead with integrity and empathy.  Whether through one-on-one sessions or community workshops, my goal is to inspire positive  change and foster resilience.
