I have practiced psychotherapy since 1991. Currently, I own and run https://The KnowledgeTree.org, which offers continuing education in both live and on-demand webinar formats. In addition to providing training and supporting other people who provide training, I offer practice coaching and ethics consultations. I've served as the Ethics Chair and Supervision Chair for LPCA-GA for two years. I also helped create the CPCS for LPCA-GA. I was voted educator of the year by LPCA, and I received their lifetime achievement award. 

In addition to being an LPC, I am also a licensed psychologist. I've founded, directed,  and sold several therapy-related businesses, including a large group practice, The Anxiety & Stress Management Institute, two rental model therapy collectives, Therapeutic Associates and The TAO Center, and I co-founded OCD Georgia, a non-profit affiliate of the International OCD Foundation. I've been on the Georgia Psychological Association Ethics Committee since 2010, and I was the Committee Chair for eight of those years, as well as being named a GPA Fellow.

Overall, I'm in the stage of my career where I love to mentor and train other therapists. I have seven consultation groups for owners of group practices, and I love to provide individual ethics and practice consultations as well.
