Where Emerging Professionals Lead and the Field Grows Together

This unique conference is designed to uplift and center the voices of counseling students, recent graduates, and associate licensed professionals while fostering collaboration across all stages of professional development. Whether you're new to the field or a seasoned clinician, this event is for you. 

Conference Goals:

  1. Empower Emerging Professionals to Present and Shine 
  2. The conference offers students (master and doctorate), recent grads, and associate licensed counselors the opportunity to present original ideas, case reflections, clinical interests, and research to a live audience of peers and professionals. 
  3. These sessions provide a platform to gain public speaking experience, contribute meaningfully to the field, and build professional confidence. 
  4. Equip Experienced Professionals to Support the Next Generation. 

In addition to sessions led by new professionals, the conference includes workshops and discussions tailored to the needs of early-career counselors, while also providing insights for seasoned professionals on how to better support, mentor, and connect with the upcoming generation of clinicians.
